With a focus on movements and breathing practices, you will learn relaxation techniques and movement to transition you in. This is an activity based class that requires participants to have a safe space to move, ideally with a yoga mat. Your team will leave feeling refreshed and renewed for the day ahead.

Sound Meditation

30 min, 45 min + Q&A, or 60 min

Begin with an introduction to Sound Meditation and the benefits of sound frequencies. Move into gentle breathing while you focus on the overtones and undertones of the instruments being played. This class is designed for stress reduction, deep relaxation and expanding consciousness. This activity requires low to no movement and a comfortable, quiet space where participants can either sit or lay down. Your team will leave relaxed, renewed and inspired.

Laughing Yoga

30 min, 45 min + Q&A, or 60 min

Begin with an introduction to Laughing Yoga and the benefits of laughing. Move into gentle breathing and warm-up exercises that build up to a roaring laughter. This class is designed for stress reduction, to expand and stretch the mind, and is great for team bonding. This activity requires low movement and a space where it is okay to make a little noise. Your team will leave relaxed, happy, and with smiles from ear to ear .
